Once again another wonderful example of island architecture becomes part of our selection of dammusi. Once again we are proud and honored, a place of peace and visions of Africa. The immense blue will fill your days, astonishing sunsets will accompany your evenings.

This dammuso is perfect for a couple looking for privacy, great for a group of friends, ideal for kids. Warm colors for the interior, refined details and understated elegance are the main characteristics. A garden full of Mediterranean vegetation and succulents is the setting for this exclusive and intriguing property.

Main body:

It overlooks the large terrace, the real heart of the house, with sea view, partially covered and equipped for outdoor meals, partially open and used as a solarium and lounge area for sundowners.

The interior is the result of a conservative-restoration, it offers a hallway area with sofas, convenient full equipped kitchen, a double room with private bathroom and built-in closet, a small living room with TV area with the possibility of two additional beds for children and another bathroom with shower.

For groups of 4 or 6 adults, we can make available two additional guest house inside the property, inserted harmoniously into the garden of the house, to provide maximum privacy and private spaces.

Guest house “La piscina”:

It is located just before the pool of the house and offers a comfortable double bedroom, bathroom with shower and built-in closets. It has a small terrace at the rear and an area in front equipped with a table and chair among trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

Guest house “Dammuso lontano”:

It’s reached by a path over the pool area and also has its own access from the parking area of the property. It offers a large double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchenette (handy given the distance from the main body), shaded terrace, solarium and sea views.

Outdoors:

The garden of the house extends over 1 hectare, alternating gardens of succulent and Mediterranean vegetation, with areas of aromatic plants and also the traditional “zibibbo” grape vineyards. The central patio of the house is also served by a large oven-bbq stone.

The swimming pool offers a well equipped area partly covered and partly used as a solarium.
